Alongside the courses, lambert-gill, the main building contractor, kept everything to schedule and over-saw the whole development; great work by Ronnie and his team. They, their sub-contractors and many others managed the site preparation, levelling, foundations, framing, roof, flooring, scaffolding, carpentry, joinery, walling, detailing and much more comprising the range of other normal work as with any new building. It's wasn't a conventional building for them, but it sure was interesting.
