Alongside the courses which focused on specific elements of the construction, lambert-gill, the main building contractor, kept everything to schedule and over-saw the whole development, as with any usual construction project. They, their sub-contractors and many others managed the site preparation, levelling, foundations, framing, roof, flooring, scaffolding, carpentry, joinery, walling, detailing and much more comprising the range of other normal work as with any new building.
